Crenshaw, Ware & Martin PLC, a law firm located in the Bank of America Tower in downtown Norfolk is getting a new look from GFI. Construction has begun and is expected to be completed in May 2006.
GFI has started a general contracting company to better serve clients by providing full service design-build construction at affordable prices. This allows GFI to continue developing creative and award-winning designs while accommodating a normal tenant improvement allowance.
This new partnership has proved successful for two clients already — Barber Martin, an advertising agency and Williams Mullen, a law firm. GFI was able to purchase high-end construction, architectural fees and furniture in all common areas for the TI allowances in each case.
