A growing investment firm can't always manage their own growth
as well as they do their clients' portfolios. As Matrix Capital Markets
Group's office needs expanded, a progressive new master plan & corporate
identity needed to be created.
Housed in a converted 100 year old warehouse, their headquarters were broken
up into small, awkward spaces. Lots of heavy timber columns & a misaligned,
asymmetrical floor plan had resulted from joining two separate buildings.
GFI created a smooth transition from space to space by adding curved walls,
ceiling height variations, ceiling soffits, cherry millwork and other dimensional
finishes / textures. And by implementing a thorough master plan of all work,
team, meeting & reception areas, Matrix projected a progressive corporate
image. |
