GFI transformed this former bank operations center into
a multi-tenant office building with a personality all its own. The building's
owner wanted a modern, yet inviting new entrance to the tenant suites.
In order to unify the entire property, an exciting lobby was added where
only a meager exterior entrance once existed.
The lobby uses a sweeping curve to draw visitors and employees into the
tenant spaces. Pilasters also mark the procession and break up wall surfaces.
We used a palette of sharp/crisp materials to reinforce architectural
details and warm/tactile accents to soften the overall feel. Special light
fixtures on each pilaster bring additional sparkle to the entire space. |
